
HOW TO REGISTER/BOOK YOUR CHILD(REN)

For bookings, please email your requirements to zebrasbookings@gmail.com or drop off at Cotham Gardens Primary School Office. If the booking is urgent please call Lyn Collins (number available on the front page).
AFTERSCHOOL/BREAKFAST CLUB FEES
Fees for the school year are invoiced directly by our booking software (Magic Booking), via your online account. You may pay for your booking immediately, or set up regular (monthly) instalments.
If paying by childcare vouchers, please tick this box on booking.
If paying by government TFC vouchers, you will be instructed to input your TFC numbers in your account.

Please note, all booked in sessions must be paid for whether or not your child attends.
HOLIDAY CLUB FEES
Holiday club fees are payable in advance before or on the first day of attendance. For the longer summer break, the option is available to pay weekly/monthly in advance.

CHILDCARE VOUCHERS
We accept all forms of childcare vouchers. Zebra's Out of School currently registered with a large number of different scheme; please email zebrasosc@gmail.com for further details.
TAX FREE CHILDCARE
Zebras is now signed up to this government run service.
Parents/Carers need to sign up to this service in order to make payment using their personal childcare account.

Payments should take 2 to 3 working days and will include any government top up (£2 for every £8 paid by the parent).
Each payment will include a reference number made up of:

4 letters - the first initial and the first 3 letters of the surname of the child
-
5 numbers, followed by ‘TFC’
For example, ‘AJON12345TFC’.
Please advise with regards to the reference number when making a payment, to ensure we can identify this on our bank statement.
