FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- WHAT ARE 'AD HOC BOOKINGS?'
An ad hoc booking is for just one, single day. You can make multiple ad hoc bookings after choosing that option, and pay for them in one session, by selecting the day you need then clicking on 'add more dates.'
If you don't select ad hoc you can choose between 'set days each week' or 'every day, every week.' If you do this, you select a start and finish date. The former requires you choose the days you need in that time frame (example just Mondays and Thursdays) and the latter will book ALL days in that time frame.
Please note this is relevant to casual bookings and holiday club bookings only.
- WHY HAS MY BOOKING BEEN CANCELLED?
The system will automatically cancel a booking if you chose to pay by card and did not at least pay within two hours; if you clicked 'pay minimum deposit only' and did not pay the £30 deposit within the same time frame it will again be cancelled.
If we manually cancel a booking for any reason we will contact you beforehand; if a booking has been cancelled and you can't figure out why, email us and we'll find out what's happened.
- HOW DO PROMO CODES WORK?
Promotional codes will be sent to you by us directly. These are entered into the checkout screen. Enter the code into the 'Promo Code' box and click 'Apply,' and it will reduce the amount to pay by the appropriate amount.
Please note that the final price on the invoice you are sent will not reflect this discount. If you're ever unsure about what you have remaining to pay, please log into your online account to confirm.
- I WANT TO ADD ACTIVITIES TO A HOLIDAY CLUB BOOKING, WHERE ARE THEY?
If you want to add additional activities to a holiday club booking, first select all the days you want and then move to checkout by clicking on 'Check Availability.' Upon doing so you'll see a list of all available extra activities for those days as well as the charge.
- I NEED TO BOOK DAYS IN A SPECIFIC WAY, HOW DO I DO THIS?
If you have booking needs that you cannot action on the website, please contact the bookings secretary (firstname.lastname@example.org) and let them know what you require. We may be able to create a custom plan on you depending on the specifics.
Examples of this might be a recurring booking for days every other week rather than every week, or Mondays one week and Tuesdays the next in a rolling pattern.
- MY PAYMENT OPTION ISN'T AVAILABLE, HOW DO I PAY THIS WAY?
As above, contact the bookings secretary and let them know what you want to book and how you need to pay. We should be able to process bookings on your behalf for any other valid payment methods you might have.
